Net Electric flux/field lines = 5000 - 300 = 4, 700.
Electric flux = Ф_E through a closed 3-d surface = q/ε₀
q = Magnitude of the charge inside = 4,700 * ε₀
= 4,700 * 1/(4π* 9 * 10⁹) C
= 49.55 nano Coulombs
