Answer - 300mm²

length= breadth/perimeter

= 50/300

=6mm

area =length*breadth

= 6*50

=300 mm²

perimeter =2×(l+b)

perimeter=2×(l+50)mm

300mm=100×l

300/100 =l

3mm=l

area=l×b

area=3×50

area=150mm²
