q(1+r) = 600

(p+q) × 0.9375 = 1200

p+q = 1280

1280 = 600/(1–r) + 600/(1+r) = 1200/(1–,r²)

=> r = 0.25

= p = 600/0.75= 800

=> q = 600/1.25 = 480
