Out of the 7 people who can read french, 3 of them are able to read both english and french. In total there will be 8 people who can read english.
So now there will be 3 people left who can read neither of the langs.
Therefore, the total no of people who can read just 1 lang will be 9 (4 people who can read just french and 5 who can read only english)
