Answer:

Farmer - My crops have been destroyed due to heavy rains.. Now I'm left with nothing.. I need some money to sow the crops and to live until the crop comes. Please lend me ₹25,000.

Moneylender -  Ok. But you have to accept certain terms and conditions.

The condition is that you have to return the money in 5 months. The interest rate is 2.5%.If you are not returning it in 5 months, then I can increase the interest rate.

The second condition is that in these 5 months , you cannot borrow more cash from me on these same conditions.

These are the two conditions for giving the money.. If you are ready to accept it , then I will give you ₹25,000.

Farmer - Ok . I am ready to accept your  terms and conditions..

Moneylender - Ok I will give the money by this evening.
