The world largest temple Yazidi temple is situated in the country of Armenia.

EXPLANATION:

        Yazidi’s population makes the largest minority group of Armenia. Originally from the eastern Turkey and northern Iraq, they were forced to leave the Turkey due to the harsh rule of Ottoman empire. They claim themselves as "the people of 72 genocide".  

       Seven domed temple complex surrounds a central arched roof and is crowned with a gold-plated sun. 25-meter-high complex is built with Armenian granite and Iranian marble and includes 200-meters prayer hall.

       It was funded by a Moscow based yazidian businessman named Mirza Sloian. The temple is built to preserve the culture and the identity of yazidis in the world.
