(ii) (m, 5) on reflection in y-axis gives (-5, n - 2)
(iii) (-6, n + 2) on reflection in origin gives (m + 3.-4)​

• Reflection in x-axis changes sign ( + ⇄ - ) of y coordinate.
• Reflection in y-axis changes sign ( + ⇄ - ) of x coordinate.

(i) x Coordinate stays unchanged, while the sign of y coordinate changes.

$-m=4$, $-n=-3$

∴ $m=-4$, $n=3$

(ii) y Coordinate stays unchanged, while the sign of x coordinate changes.

$m=5$, $5=n-2$

∴ $m=5$, $n=7$

(iii)

• Reflection in origin changes the sign of both x and y coordinate.

$-6=-(m+3)$, $n+2=4$

∴ $m=3$, $n=2$
