Answer:

The value of 580-[18 of 1]-{[16*14+(270/9)-38+68}] is 278.

Step-by-step explanation:

  • Addition is the process of adding two or more items together.

BODMAS is also known as PEDMAS which stands for Parentheses, Exponents, Division, Multiplication, Addition, and Subtraction. According to BODMAS rule, the brackets have to be solved first followed by powers or roots (i.e. of), then Division, Multiplication, Addition, and at the end Subtraction.

For finding the value of given equation we follow BODMAS or PEDMAS rule.

580-[18 of 1]-{[16*14+(270/9)-38+68}]

Dividing 270/9=30

=580-[18 * 1]-[{16*14+(30)-38+68)}]

Multiplying 18*1=18, 16*14=224, 68-38=30

=580-[18 ]-{[{224+(30)+30}}]

Addition 224+30+30=284

=580-18 -{[284]

=580-302

=278
