5a (3a+5)-2 (2a+4a^2)-2a (-3a)=

=15a^2+25a-4a-8a^2+6a^2

=15a^2-8a^2+6a^2+25a-4a

=15a^2-14a^2+21a

=a^2+21a

=a(a+21)
