given f(x)=√x
then f(x+h)-f(x)/h= √x+h-√x/h
by rationalising we get, x+h-x/h(√x+h+√x)
1/√x+h+√x
by first principle, derivative is Lt h---->0. f(x+h)-f(x)/h
= 1/2√x
I hole this will help u ;)
