lets start the problem  

it is given that

5cos=4

this says that

cos=4/5

where 5 is the hypotenuse and 4 is the side adjacent to hypotenuse

so the other side is 3 by using pythagorean triplet or formula

sin will be 3/5

so cos/ sin +cos

will be

4/5//4/5+3/5

4/5//7/5
