5kg/0.004m^3 =(5×1000)÷4 kg/m^3 =5000÷4 kg/m^3 =1250 kg/m^3 It's a density of any object which mass is 5 kg and volume occupied 0.004 m^3

this physical quantity is called volume density ie.,
   ρ = m / V               m = mass         V = volume

   we can convert that into CGS units..

    ρ = 5 kg / 0.004 m³ = 5 * 1000 gms / 0.004 * 100³ cm³
         = 1.25  gm / cm³

This means that the substance occupying a space of 0.004 m³ or 4000 cm³  weighs 5 kg or 5000 gms.
