total volume = 5+5 = 10L

molarity = moles/ volume

no of moles = molarity * volume

                 = 0.4 * 5

               = 2 moles of H2SO4 is present

mass of water = density of water * volume of water

density of water is 1 kg/l

so mass of water = 1 * 5 = 5kg = 5000g

moles in water = 5000/18

= 277.7 moles

molarity of final sol= total no of moles/total vol

=277.7+2/ 5

=279.7/5

= 55.9 = 56 molar ( approx)
