5m -3n =  9  ............. (1)

m -6n = -7 ................(2)

now multiply (1) eq. by 2 and subtract (2) from (1)

10m -6n =18

m- 6n = -7

9m = 25

m= 25/9

now substitute m value in (2) eq.

 \frac{25}{9} - 6n = -7

6n = \frac{25}{9} +7

n= ( \frac{44}{9} ) \frac{1}{6}

n = 44/27

SOLTUTION :-

5m - 3n = 9........(1) \\ m - 6n =  - 7.........(2) \\ by \: eq(1) \\ m =  - 7 + 6n \\ puting \: vlue \: in \: eq(1) \\ 5 \times ( - 7 + 6n) - 3n = 9 \\  - 35 + 30 n - 3n = 9 \\ 27n = 9 + 35 \\ n =  \frac{44}{27 }  \\ in \: puting \: vlue \: eq(2) \\ m - 6 \times  \frac{44}{27}  =  - 7 \\ m =  - 7 +  \frac{132}{9}  \\ m =   \frac{ - 63 + 132}{9 }  \\ m =  \frac{69}{9 }  \\ m =  \frac{23}{3}
