5p - 2 [p - 3(p - 5)]=6

Multiplying the inside bracket first,

5p - 2(p - 3p + 15) = 6

Now the outer bracket,

5p - 2p + 6p - 30 = 6

9p - 30 = 6

9p = 6 + 30

9p = 36

p = 36/9

p = 4

Hope it helps :)

CoolestCat015: It is going to be +15 after opening the round brackets. Edit it

Hey dear here is your answer!!!!!

___________________________

Let's start by solving the parenthesis.

We have two types of parenthesis over here but "( )" round brackets are given priority.

So, it becomes:-

5p-2[p - 3p + 15] = 6

Now open the "[ ]" Square Brackets:-

5p - 2p +  6p - 30 = 6

Add the like terms:-

9p - 30 = 6

Transpose to the right hand side:-

9p = 36

p = 4

So, the value of p is 4 !
