we know,( a+b)^2=a^2 +2ab +b^2

(a-b)^2 = a^2 -2ab +b^2

now,

( 5p+6q)+(5p-6q)

=(25p^2+60pq+36q^2)+(25p^2 - 60pq+ 36q^2)

=2(25p^2 + 36q^2)

=50p^2 + 72q^2
