Answer: 3 raised to power 3 / 5 raised to the power 17

Step-by-step explanation:  (5)power -10 x (5)power -7 / (3) power -3

                                           Take 3 raised to power -3 above and bring both 5s to below . Now their power will become positive .

             It will be       (3)power 3/ (5)power 10 x (5)power 7

            Now apply law of exponent .i.e.  (a) power m x (a) power n = (a)power m+n = (5) power 10 + 7= 17

So we get the answer (3)power 3 / (5)power 17
