If a straight line falls on two straight lines making the interior angles of same side are together less than two right angles then the two lines meet on which the sum of interior angles is less than 2 right angles.it is also known as parallel axiom.

EUCLID 's 5th postulate is ====>> If a straight line falling on two straight lines make the interior angles on the same side less than two right angles, the two straight lines, if produced indefinitely, meet on that side on which are the angles less than the two right angles....... It is the fifth and the last postulate.
