5×^2 + 16x + 3 = 0

5×^2 + 15x + 1x + 3 = 0

5x ( x+3) +1 (x+3) =0
(5x+1) (x+3) =0

5x+1 =0, x+3 =0
5x = -1 , x = -3
x= -1/5

it's zeros also

chauhandivya489: But I have an doubt that 15+1 = 16 that's OK but 15*1 is not equal to 3 and in factorisation method this is a condition to solve equation....
suraj143144: hey bro you know its not alone one 5 which is infront of x^2 is also multiplied by 3
suraj143144: if you not satisfied multiply (x+3) by (5x+1) u will get answer which is equal question
suraj143144: is your doubt cleared
