(x -  \frac{7}{10} ) {}^{2}  =  \frac{149}{100}

x -  \frac{7}{10}  =  \frac{ \sqrt{149} }{10}  \: or \:  -  \frac{ \sqrt{149} }{10}

x =  \frac{7 +  \sqrt{149} }{10}  \: or \:  \frac{7 -  \sqrt{149} }{10}
