Multiply (1)with 3 and (2) with 5;we get,

15x+6y=30 ....(3)

- 15x+5y=-55 .....(4)

Adding (4) and (3); we get,

15x+6y -15x+5y= -55+30

11y = -25

y = -25/11

put y= -25/11 in (1),5x+2×-(25/11) = 10

5x-50/11= 10

5x=(110+50)/11

x= 32/11
