5x + 3 =  \frac{4}{3}(1 + x)

 =  > 5x + 3 =  \frac{4}{3}  +  \frac{4}{3}x

 =  >  5x -  \frac{4}{3} x =  \frac{4}{3}  - 3

  =  >  \frac{15x - 4x}{3}  =  \frac{4 - 9}{3}

 =  >  \frac{11}{3} x =  \frac{ - 5}{3}

 =  > x =   \frac{ - 5}{3}  \times  \frac{3}{11}

 =  > x =  \frac{ - 5}{11} (ans)
