hey there!!

=) 5x/(3x+6) = 3(5/7)

◆ cancel out 5 from both the sides.

=> x/(3x+6) = 3/7

◆ By cross multiplying we get,

=> 7x = 3(3x+6)

=> 7x = 9x + 18

=> 7x-9x = 18

=> -2x = 18

=> x = - 18/2 = -9
