Solution:-

We have

 \rm \to \:  - 5x - 3y = 11 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: .....(i)eq

 \rm \to - 10x + 6y =  - 22 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: ...(ii)eq

Now take ii eq

\rm \to - 10x + 6y =  - 22 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: ...(ii)eq

Take a 2 common from equation

 \rm \to \: 2( - 5x + 3y) =  - 22

 \rm \to \:  - 5x + 3y =  - 11 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: ...(iii)eq

Now add (i) eq and (iii) eq

\rm \to \:  - 5x + 3y  - 5x - 3y  =  - 11  + 11

 \rm \to - 10x = 0

 \rm \to \: x = 0

Now put the value of x (iii) eq

 \rm \to \:  - 5x + 3y =  - 11 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:

 \rm \to \: 5 \times 0 + 3y =  - 11

 \rm \to \: 3y =  - 11

 \rm \to \: y =  \dfrac{ - 11}{3}
