3x-y=3

9x-3y=9. [×3......(2)

by solving eq. (1) and (2)

we get, 14x = 16

X = 16/14= 8/7

putting X = 8/7 in eq...(1)

5x+3y =7

5×8/7+3y =7

3y = 7-40/7

3y = 9/7

y=3/7
