5x-6- x²=x²-5x+6

5x+5x-6-6-x^2-x^2=0

10x-12-2x^2=0

-12+10x-2x-2x0^2=0

-12+12x-2x-2x^2=0

-12(1-x)-2x(1-x)=0

(1-x)(-12-2x)=0

either 1-x=0 or -12-2x=0

either x=1 or x=-6

x=1,6

Answer:

(x + 3)(x + 2)

Step-by-step explanation:

The above expression can be written as:

x2 + 5x + 6

= x2 + 3x + 2x + 6       {Middle term breaking}

= x(x + 3) + 2(x + 3)      {Taking common}

= (x + 3)(x + 2)              {Answer}
