5x+7/2=3/2x-14

#doing cross multiplication

we get,

(5x+7)(2x-14)=3*2

10x^2+14x-70x-98=6

10x^2-56x-92=0

taking 2 common

2(5x^2-28x-46)=0

5x^2-28x-46=0

now u can solve by factorization method

or by quadratic formula
