Given conditions ⇒

Number of molecules = 6.022 × 10²³

Molar mass of the N₂ = 28 g/mole.

∵ No. of molecules = Mass/Molar mass × Avogadro's number.

∴ 6.022 × 10²³ = Mass/28 × 6.022 × 10²³

∴ Mass = 1 g.

Hence, the mass of the Nitrogen gas containing 6.022 × 10²³ is 1 g.

Hope it helps.

Thanks for the question!

It is definitely a very interesting question to solve and do some brainstorming.

**************************************************

Given, No. of molecules = 6.022 × 10²³

We know that the molar mass of nitrogen = 28 g/mole

We already know that,

No. of molecules = Mass/Molar mass × Avogadro's number.

6.022 × 10²³ = Mass/28 × 6.022 × 10²³

Upon calculating we get,

Mass of Nitrogen = 1 g
