Convert them into improper fractions........

 \tt \dfrac{19}{3}  +  \dfrac{15}{7}

Now, convert them into like fractions by taking LCM........

LCM of 3 and 7 is 21.

 \tt \dfrac{19 \times 7}{3 \times 7}  +  \dfrac{15 \times 3}{7 \times 3}

 \tt \dfrac{133}{21}  +  \dfrac{45}{21}  =  \dfrac{133 + 45}{21}
