Answer :-

  • we have to find the value of (-6) + 2 in number line

so , for this

  • First we will draw a number line from -6 to +3 ( you can also draw more longer) now, from the left side of the 0 we will mark a point (arrow) on -6 and it is given that (-6) + 2 this means that we have to add two more steps to - 6 so we will move two steps from the right side of -6 and the final point will lie on -4 , hence the answer will be -4 .

(-6) + 2 = -4

Let's solve it and check ,

: \Longrightarrow\sf{ (-6) + 2}

: \Longrightarrow\sf{ -6+ 2}..(( - ) + ( + ) = ( - ))

: \Longrightarrow\sf{  - 4}
