Your question:

(6 \sqrt{5} - 2 \sqrt{3} ) -( 3 \sqrt{5} - 2 \sqrt{5} )

Solution:

(6 \sqrt{5} - 2 \sqrt{3} ) ( 3 \sqrt{5} - 2 \sqrt{5} ) \\ = 6 \sqrt{5} (3 \sqrt{5} - 2 \sqrt{5} ) - 2 \sqrt{3} (3 \sqrt{5} - 2 \sqrt{5} ) \\ = 90 - 60 - 6 \sqrt{15 } + 4 \sqrt{15} \\ = 30 - 2 \sqrt{15} \\ = 2(15 - \sqrt{15} )
