Total Time = 3 hrs

Total Distance travelled by the Man = 110 km

Distance = Speed*Time

Time= Distance/Speed

Case 1:

Distance = 60 km

Speed = 30 kmph

Time = Distance/Speed

= 60/30=1/2 hrs

Case 2:

Distance = 50 km

Speed. = 20 kmph

Time. = 50/20=52 hrs

Total Time = 5/2+1/2

= 3 hrs

Average Speed = Total Distance/Total Time

= 110/30=11/3

= 3.666
