final velocity. (V) = 0m/s (stop condition)

time taken (t) = 10 s

acceleration(a) = (v-u)/t ={ (0-5)m/s }/ 10 s

= -5/10 m/s²

= -1/2 m/s²

speed is decreasing so acceleration is negetive

and force (F) = 5N

according to Newton law

force = mass × acceleration

or , mass = Force/ acceleration

= 5N / 1/2m/s

= 5 × 2 kg

= 10kg
