Density remains the same as

Density=mass/volume

So when a certain volume of water evaporates then when density is constant then

Mass of water lost =density×volumeof water lost by heating

so still density remains and while mass and volume of the whole system remains the same

Answer: A given quantity of a liquid is heated which of the following quantity will vary and how mass volume or density

Here Mass will not vary but volume will increase and density will decrease. If the liquid is water then the volume will decrease.
