volume of water left=volume of cylinder-volume of cone
=pi.R^2.H-pi.r^2.h/3
22/7 x 60 x 60 x 180-22/7 x 30 x 30 x60/3
=22/7 x 30 x 30 x 20 (36-1)
=22/7 x 30 x30 x 20 x 35
=1980000cm^3=1980 litres
