This is (a) answer.

A polygon with minimum sides is a triangle. So 180°/3 = 60° should be the minimum interior angle possible for a regular polygon. And each interior angle , when increased it can not be equal to 180° or beyond 180°. ... So, the maximum interior angle possible lies between 179.9° & 180°

This is (b) answer.

The maximum exterior angle possible for a regular polygon is 120°.
