so here O is the centre of quadrilateral ABCD

so here triangle ABC is a right angled triangle right angled at B

so side opp. to angle B is AC

thus here it is said that O is midpoint of AC

so thus then

AO=OC

moreover as O is O centre of quadrilateral ABCD

it must and must be also midpoint of BD

thus BO=OD

Hence O is not only equidistant from three vertices A,B,C but also from all four vertices ie A,B,C and D
