Explanation:

Height of object- 4cm (ho)

Object Distance- -25 cm (u)

Focal Length- -15cm (f)

Using mirror formula,

1/f - 1/u = 1/v

-1/15 + 1/25 = 1/v

- 5 +3/ 75 = 1/v

-2/75 = 1/v

v= -75/2 = -37.5

So, the image will form on the same side of the object placement.

m= -v/u = hi/ho

-(-37.5)/-25 = hi/4

- 1.5 x 4 = hi

hi= -6 cm

So, the image formed is real, inverted and highly magnified. Image Height is 6 cm.

Answer:

(6cm)

Explanation:

HEIGHT OF OBJECT = 4cm (HO)

OBJECT OF DISTANCE = -2cm (U)

FOCAL LENGTH = -15cm (F)

Using Formula.. (mirror)

1/f - 1/u = 1/v

-1/15 + 1/25 = 1/v

-5+3/75 = 1/v

-2/75 = 1/v

v = -75/2

= (-37.5)

Hence,,. The image will form on the same side...

m= -v/u = hi/ho

-(-37.5)/(-25) = hi/4

-1.5×4 = hi

hi = -6cm

So,,. the image formed is real, inverted and highly magnified...

Image Height Is - 6cm

Hope its help uu...
