Write which of the following is true:
(i) PQ2 + QR2 = RP2

Answer:

In ️ triangle PQR

LQ= 25° , LR= 65° and LP= ?

by angle sum property,

LP + LQ + LR = 180°

LP + 25° + 65° = 180°

LP + 90° = 180°

LP = 180°- 90°

LP = 90°

therefore ️triangle PQR is a right angled triangle

by Pythagoras theorem

QR2 = PQ2 + RP2

i.e PQ2 = RP2 + QR2

hence (ii) is true
