6 bells start ringing at the same time.

If they each ring with a gap of 2,4,6,8,10,12 seconds.

Then, how many times will these bells ring together in half an hour??​

Answer:

In an half an hour we have 30 minutes

each minute is divided into 60 second

the first common ring of the 6 bell is the LCM if the time gap and the LCM is least common multiple of 2,4,6,8,10,12 i.e 60 th second the 6 bells have common ring

for every minute the 6 bell have 1 common ring

So in 30 minutes the 6 bells have 30 common rings

there fore the answer is 30 times
