Step-by-step explanation: first need to find out the area of triangle and then the parallelogram.

Area of triangle = 1/2 × B × H

We will take base as three because 6/2=3

1/2 × 3 × 3

= 1/2 × 9

1/2 of 9 = 4.5

area of triangle = 4.5 cm²

now area of parallelogram = b × h

= 3 × 4

= 12 cm²

now we will add both areas of triangle and parallelogram

4.5 + 12 = 16.5cm²
