Step 1: Draw AB = 3.5 cm.

Step 2: With "A" as center and radius 6.5 cm, draw an arc with a compass.

Step 3: With "B" as centre and radius as 4 cm, draw an arc cutting the previous one in "Step 2" and mark that point as "C".

Step 4: Join "A" to "C" and "B" to "C".

Step 5: With "A" as centre and radius as 4 cm (It will be the opposite side to "BC" in parallelogram "ABCD", so the length will be same to "BC"), draw an arc.

Step 6: With "C" as centre and radius as 3.5 cm (It will be the opposite side to "AB" in parallelogram "ABCD", so the length will be the same as "AB"), draw an arc cutting the previous one in "Step 5" and mark that point as "D".

Step 7: Join "A" to "D" and "C" to "D".

"ABCD" is the required parallelogram.
