Blood is a fluid that contains red blood cells, white and plasma where as lymph contain white blood cell and water. meristematic tissue keep growing but permanent tissue are once when grown, they stop growing further. xylem transports water to the parts of plant and is a complex tissue , phloem transport food to the parts of plant.

Xylem is a dead cell but phloem is a living cell.
