Water Scarcity is indeed a global phenomenon and many countries in the world face this issue.

Management of water resources is a broader concept than owning one.

Despite of owning one of the mightiest water resources countries in South Asia still face water scarcity issues.

It is also because of some natural factors like uneven distribution of water resources in South Asia, countries have water resources concentrated in one part of the country but it is not equitable in all countries.

Water scarcity is also caused by the contamination of water where contamination of water avoids people from consuming it, that eventually leads to scarcity of water resources.

Above are the sufficient reasons for water scarcity in South Asian countries
