Ohm's Law states that the current flowing in a circuit is directly proportional to the applied potential difference and inversely proportional to the resistance in the circuit if physical condition remains same.

Then you will use an ammeter to measure the current, I, through the resistance and a voltmeter to measure the potential difference, V, across the resistance.
