Uniform circular motion is explained as a circular motion of a thing in a constant speed.

The examples of uniform circular motion are rotation of earth  around sun or revolution of earth and Centripetal force.  

In the uniform circular motion the body which is rotating in a constant speed has a fixed central point and maintains equal distance from the centre of the rotation. In this process speed remains constant and the path is circle in nature.
