1-x^3

=(1)^3-x^3

=(1-x){(1)^2+(1)(x)+(x)^2}

=(1-x)(1+x+x^2)

=(1-x)(x^2+x+1)

=(1-x)(x^2+x+1+1/4-1/4)

=(1-x){(x^2+2x×1/2+[1/2]^2)+1-1/4}

=(1-x)(x+1/2)^2+3/4

FACTORS

1-x

x+1/2 and x+1/2

3/4
