Given :

  • 3.8 cm
  • 4.6 m
  • 2 m 5 cm

To find :

  • the perimeter of a square with sides of 3.8 cm, 4.6 m, and 2 m 5 cm.

Solution :

⇒ Let's find the Perimeter of each square.

→ We know that,

  • Perimeter of Square = 4 × s

(1) 3.8 cm :

Perimeter of Square = 4 × s

= 4 × 3.8

= 15.2 cm

  • Therefore, the Perimeter of a Square with a side of 3.8 cm is 15.2 cm.

(2) 4.6 m :

Perimeter of Square = 4 × s

= 4 × 4.6

= 18.4 cm

  • Therefore, the Perimeter of a Square with a side of 4.6 cm is 18.4 cm.

(3) 2 m 5 cm :

→ 2 m 5 cm to cm :

1 m = 100 cm

2 m 5 cm = 200 + 5

= 205 cm

Perimeter of Square = 4 × s

= 4 × 205

= 820 cm

  • Therefore, the Perimeter of a Square with a side of 2 m 5 cm is 820 cm.
