9y^2+36y=8x-4-4r

9y^2+36y+36=8x-4r-4+36

(3y+6)^2=4(2x-r+9)

using standard equation of parabola:

Y^2=4aX

Y=3y+6 and X=2x-r+9

putting X=0 and Y= 0

0= 3y+6 &0=2x-r+9

y=-2& x=r-9/2
