a1/a2 = b1/ b2= c1/ c2
3/6 = 5/10= 1/2

so your linear equation is 6x - 10y =2.
iii) parallel lines
a1/ a2 = b1/b2 =|= c1/c2.
3/6=5/10 =|= 1/1
